PROJECT: At Home and Away, 172 page black and white book

DETAILS: This was a big, but very rewarding project. Franc, an artist and printmaker, asked me to help him design a collection of his work, his second book. Since many of Franc's prints are larger than a scanner bed, the bulk of the work consisted of scanning the prints in pieces, piecing them together in Photoshop, and colour-correcting them. Next, I worked on the design, making layouts for the 90+ etchings featured in this book and beginning and end matter. Working with Franc was a pleasure and it was truly an honour to be able to examine his art so closely. Check out his website to see what I'm talking about!
